wg88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds, voided winnings, and any applicable fees will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be held pending resolution.
